Fire Training Course List

AST fire technology classes are specifically designed to prepare persons for positions in the various branches of the fire fighting industry. We also provide courses to upgrade the competency of those already employed in the field and those necessary to qualify for promotion. Classes range from fire service basic training for volunteers to firefighter certification. Curriculum follows that of the CA State Fire Training programs, California Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Cal-OSHA) requirements, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG).
