Refund request must be submitted thirty (30) days prior to start date of class (unless specifically stated otherwise.) Processing time of refunds is four (4) to six (6) weeks.
Classes may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment. In such cases, our office will notify you as soon as possible. We recommend that students check the website before coming to class. Those not having access to the internet may call AST for current class information. 530.934.7257
If a student is unable to attend a class for any reason, AST is not responsible for providing make-up classes. AST reserves the right to discontinue, shorten, or postpone the class and/or change instructors.
Students may register on the first class date if space is available.
Special Rate Policy:
If you are a volunteer department, and have a limited budget, you may apply for a special rate for training. Contact AST via phone or email prior to class to request the form to request reduced rates. Please give sufficient time for consideration.
